Gate Entry & Exit Management System for Army Personals/ Family Members / Vendors / Contractors & Guests etc. The system is custom built by E-karigar Technologies for the Indian defense organizations after long hours of brain storming, experiments & research.

The Complete system is a single unit package backed by a robust software built on Linux platform . The System is 100% internet free and does not require any kind of Wi-Fi connectivity keeping the critical security of the defense data in mind.

The system can accommodate more than 20,000 people in one unit and addition, removal, suspension of personnel is just a few minutes task.

System generates various reports related to in-out data of the organization and these reports are made available in various formats like Excel PDF.

All data stored in the system is fully encrypted using 256 bit SSL and cannot be decrypted.

System Working & Specifications

UHF Radar reads the Entry/Exit Card issued to various stake holders from a distance of 12-15 Feet once they reach the entry gate.
System Screen displays the picture and other important details of the personnel to the gate attendant and also shows the live video view of the occupants of the vehicle from both right and left side of the vehicle.
Once the Gate in-charge verifies the person’s identification he presses the allow button on the system screen which allows the boom barrier to be opened.
For temporary users (Contractors, Vendors, Guests) a date limit is set while issuing the access card and incase of expiry of such date the Gate in-charge gets a red alert and entry is denied.
Wired CCTV cameras are installed at both sides of the entry gate road.
The system is pre-enabled to connect two display screens incase one is required for out door display.
The system triggers Red (Stop) / Green (Go) outdoor lights module to alert the visitor.
500 Watt LED based Flood Light is included with the system for blinding.
Hand held Under Vehicle Mirror (With Torch) is included in this system for any physical checking under the vehicles.
